Dr. Pepper has finally revealed the real cause of Anna Nicole Smith's death, and it is none other than... brace yourselves... DRUG OVERDOSE! What! But how? I bet you didn't see that coming for miles away. Just as it was leaked last week by Star and Enquirer magazine, she injected something in her butt cheek, infecting it and causing her a great deal of pain. Then to go to sleep she took a bunch of meds that no one should probably have given her in the first place.What I honestly do find surprising is that they've decided to not charge or even investigate Howard K. Stern for her death when clearly he was the mastermind behind everything. Oh well, karma is a bitch Howard!
